I have been in the entertainment business for decades. Before starting this adventure, I was CEO of Jetix Europe Limited for six years and a member of Disney’s European management board. Prior to that, I spent five years at BSkyB running their movie channels and SBO, the pay per view service. My goal is to create a fun environment here in Malta for talented people who want to fulfill their creative potential and bring that touch of magic to families all over the world.

I have been enjoying working in the communication and entertainment industries for decades. After producing over 150 songs including a double platinum pop album and over 500 half-hours of successful and critically acclaimed children’s TV programming for Zone 3, a leading Canadian production company, I turned my passion for upcoming content trend to mobile gaming at Electronic Arts Montreal. As the executive producer and co-head of a 400 people strong studio, I oversaw the development of mobile and tablet games for brands with international reach like Tetris, Scrabble, Rock Band, Risk, Clue, Fight Night, and SimCity. Always at EA, I later became the proud worldwide business owner of the uber mobile gaming brand Tetris achieving 6th position in the Top 25 All-Time Paid Apps on the iOS AppStore in 2012.

Over the last 30 years, I have garnered corporate finance, investment banking and private equity experience with global investment houses and specialist finance boutiques. I have experienced many new markets and industries, listed companies on stock exchanges and managed financings and corporate transactions in exciting, emerging and diverse countries – from all over Europe to China, New Zealand to the Caribbean. Few places have excited me as much as Malta, and no company has inspired me with its unique attributes as TRC does. In our pursuit of creating a new global legend to unify families for generations to come, we are on the verge of creating something truly inspirational.

I have been in recruitment all of my life, starting at the age of 5 when I managed to put together what was regarded back in the 70’s as the greatest BMX team my school had ever seen. Once fully grown I continued to help build solid teams around the World at Companies such as Sony, EA, Rockstar, Nintendo and Ubisoft and as Head of Recruitment at Disney Interactive and SEGA. I have helped find more than 1000 people over the past 17 years, created Europe’s first Games Industry jobsite in 2001 and can be often seen in Industry and Trade press expelling my pearls of wisdom. I joined at the very start of TRC knowing I had to be involved in something so creative, innovative and exciting. I aim to build the best team ever at TRC and so far so good … Although I have yet to see any of them on a BMX.
